But we know even the best stories sometimes need a plot twist. That's why we're committed to making things right if something goes awry.

Since our products are custom-made just for you (printed on-demand with love), we follow a straightforward policy focused on quality and fairness. Our fulfillment partner, Printify, handles the printing and shipping, so all returns and refunds are processed through them for efficiency. Here's what you need to know:

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Manufacturing Defects or Damaged Items: If your order arrives with print errors, damage, or quality issues (like fading ink or incorrect sizing due to production), you're eligible for a free replacement or full refund (including shipping costs). Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos or video evidence of the issue—we'll take it from there.
  • Wrong Address or Lost in Transit: We'll work with Printify to reship or refund the product cost (minus shipping) if the address was invalid or the package goes missing.
  • Change of Mind, Wrong Size/Color, or Personal Preference: Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for these reasons. Custom items are non-returnable to keep things sustainable and costs down for everyone. (Pro tip: Double-check your size guide before hitting "add to cart"—we've got detailed charts to help!)

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Reach Out to Us First: Email us at campfirelegends@outlook.com (or use our contact form) with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos/video. We'll review it quickly—usually within 1-2 business days.
  2. Printify Handles the Rest: Once approved, Printify will issue a reprint (shipped free) or process a refund directly to your original payment method. Refunds typically hit your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  3. No-Hassle Timeline: We aim to resolve everything within 1 business day of getting your info, but allow up to 30 days from delivery for claims.

  • Shipping Costs: Covered by us for approved defect returns. For non-eligible returns, you'll cover return shipping (if applicable).
  • International Orders: Policies are the same worldwide, but customs/duties are your responsibility.
