Shipping Policy – Campfire Legends

We ship worldwide from the moment you click “Place Order,” your gear is custom-printed just for you and sent out from the Printify facility closest to you. That means no dusty warehouse shelves—just fresh ink, fresh legends, and the fastest route to your mailbox.

Shipping Times (business days from the day it’s printed)

  • United States: 2–7 business days (most arrive in 3–5)
  • Canada: 3–12 business days
  • UK & Europe: 3–14 business days
  • Australia / New Zealand: 5–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–25 business days

Production time: 2–5 business days (usually 2–3) before it ships.

Total delivery time = production + shipping above. We’ll email you a tracking link the second it’s on its way.

Shipping Costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. We don’t inflate prices—we pass along Printify’s real-time rates so you always pay fair shipping.

Free shipping thresholds (when we run them) will be clearly shown on the site and at checkout.

Important Stuff

  • Custom-made means made just for you: Once your order is placed, we can’t cancel or change it after it enters production (usually within a few hours).
  • Tracking: Every order gets a tracking number. If it says “delivered” but you didn’t get it, check with neighbors or your local post office first, then let us know—we’ll help chase it down.
  • Lost or delayed packages: If your order is lost in transit or takes way longer than expected, contact us and we’ll work with Printify to reship or refund you.
  • Customs & duties (international orders): Any import taxes, customs fees, or VAT are your responsibility and are charged by your country—we don’t control or pre-pay those.

We occasionally offer expedited shipping options at checkout. If you’re in a hurry for a gift or an upcoming camping trip, look for the “Rush My Order” choice.
